I would kind of like to revisit the 3/5 compromise. Since Blacks were only 3/5 of a person for the first 100(?) years of the republic, how about having white votes count for only 3/5 of a vote for the next 100 years?
If this had been the law for the last 40 to 50 years, we would be in a much better place now.

Like your bitch parking image. When I was in Baltimore, in front of the Afro-American newspaper there used to be a sign:
"Parking for Afro-American Only."
Unfortunately, I can not find a picture anywhere. Loved that sign.
