Boy, I've decided to write some JavaScript (which I haven't touched in years) just for kicks.
My struggle with every single basic thing is hilarious.
I'm thinking I should livestream this, honestly, to give people some laughs before I start actually getting the hang of it.

@hisham_hm Legacy warts aside, what's idiomatic has changed a LOT and, depending on how long it's been for you, I could understand the APIs being considered unrecognizable.
