#Introduction
Hi all, I am finishing up a postdoc at Stanford focusing on #AI for healthcare, with interests in fairness, explainability, and deployment. Previous to this, my PhD was in genetics with a particular focus on genomics and pharmacogenomics in understudied populations. To combine these interests in the future, I hope to use multimodal data to solve problems in healthcare. I am also a board certified #dermatologist and see patients when I’m not doing research.

It is sad to see #Twitter go the way it did. For many users who make their #introduction here this is not easy. A lot of lifeblood went into it #Twitter which may still turnaround. But these are highly non-linear processes & #mastodon #twittermigration may just take off.

So how to deal with this emotionally?
