mental health question

I've started having some troubles with short term memory and separating dreams, imagination, and actual memories in the past weeks. Perhaps this is me not getting enough rest recently and overworking myself, could that be? It's not something I've ever experienced before.

@ladyofvix extra sleep might help. But I have what I call mundane dreams (very realistic about everyday things) and I frequently think things that happened in dreams occurred in real life. I usually figure this out when I realize I haven't had a conversation with someone that I thought I had. I find it amusing now and frequently double check with people to make sure conversations happened IRL.

@subbasegirl That is quite accurate to my current experience. I am mostly concerned because of the rapid onset. How frequent are these dreams for you and are there periods where they go away for a while?

Mental health

@ladyofvix I'm not really certain how frequent the dreams are because I don't remember them as dreams. But I would say that I don't have really crazy fantasy like dreams that often. I also can go for weeks or months without have a mix-up in terms of what was a stream and what was real life.
