i've looked this up in online shopping sites, this belongs to vintage sale. this is exactly the same type of glove i used way back in my elementary school children's baseball years, the same glove during my highschool softball years but unfortunately, when i was in college, i lost interest playing so i sold mine. then in 2017 i have re-acquired that exactly same type of glove that would be as old as my own

that time Alice was somewhat emotional in sharing to me how she spent a part of her childhood in Sitangkai, how much she has missed that beautiful island. her mother descended from a Muslim family, her father from the Visayas had some Chinese blood in his veins. sadly, her father died while alice was still growing up together with her younger siblings then later their mother departed this world, passing to her the responsibility of a very young single parent with the help of her aunts and uncles. they would later move to western part of mainland Mindanao in her adolescent years to become a beautiful Zamboanguena (although it's more politically correct to use the word Zamboangueno but i wanted to emphasize her femininity, a girl who became a woman, a parent for her younger siblings, so early in life)
