And yes, I'm following the long standing UK tradition of complaining we don't get any good weather all summer then immediately complaining when we do get some sun.

When reading Hex numbers how do you pronounce them?

For example I've been saying 1F as F-teen.

A surprising number of folks use [Zsh](zsh.org/) and [Oh My Zsh](ohmyz.sh/) without really knowing why or what it is. Probably because OSX uses zsh as the default shell now.

This is a real shame because Oh My Zsh has a lot of [great plugins](github.com/ohmyzsh/ohmyzsh/wik) for common tasks, for example loads of useful [git aliases](kapeli.com/cheat_sheets/Oh-My-) are available by default.

If you're using [Zsh](zsh.org/) its well worth a look at what you might be missing out on. :)

@kanekotic I'm not super hot on Typescript, still learning! 🙂 Could you explain why this is better?

Say goodbye to lengthy release cycles! Trunk-based development enables small, frequent deployments, reducing the time to market and allowing your team to deliver value to users rapidly. ⏰ #RapidRelease #ContinuousDelivery

@kanekotic Small and frequent commits also drastically limit the blast radius when something does inevitably go wrong.

I'd much sooner have a small isolated code change break prod than two weeks worth of changes going live all at once breaking prod... 😭
