Still sleepy and tired from the 21km run but now I am at the gym waiting for the master. A tall guy who seems to be on the same level as master is also at the gym.

Even amidst thunderstorms I do my 21km run. One time lightning struck a tree on my left flank about 20 meters and I was worried I might get struck but I carried on anyways 😅

2km of the 21km run I met an old australian guy on trike bike and he said "it's too hot!". I replied "it's good for training!".

Most people don't know that I run regardless of whether it's daytime or night time or if it's raining or under the sun.

Cooking for lunch and preparing to eat and rest a bit.

I must be at the training venue on time with the master. Long time senior students will be there too including me and new ones.

That was the last review on advanced algebra. Need reviews on trigonometric identities sometime but moving forward will be focusing on differential calculus. Limits and three step rule differentiation at the moment.

Preparing for a morning 21km run.

Forgot I have not done the 21km run and ate dinner already. Will postpone the run tomorrow and the swim.

Afternoon I am back on martial arts training.

Got the eggs from the market. Long gym session but was not able to do the biceps and triceps cause the master was there late afternoon and gave me new lessons.

Finished online class while at the gym. Continue on gym workouts.

Gym workout while doing online class, then grocery, open water combat swim, evening 21km run, classwork, chem and math reviews.

Woke up and having breakfast. Had a good sleep last night.

After breakfast it's class time and then more maths.

I didn't know there was a very long homework in math last night and I spent hours doing my 21km run.

Today instead of reviewing for the quiz, I ended up cramming for the homework in math.

I need more focus on chemistry although grades look good enough, I am not satisfied.

One of my aunt is coming to Philippines today to meet mother and after quite sometime they'll head off to a nearby country and will stay there for a week.

One thing to watch out for during the swim in open waters is the organic life hazards like Jelly Fish (the most common), Portuguese Man Of War (not so much), a shark (rare), and salt water crocodiles (low probability) hence I prefer to use my scuba diving face mask because it gives a much wider and clearer view compared to a swimming goggles.

Other non-organic hazards are fishing nets, boats, and sharp objects that are submerged.

Strong currents are common in my place particularly the rip currents and have taken many lives yearly but is not really a threat for me.

Nothing new at the gulf waters in Lingayen, still the same rough seas for swimming.

Used the lighter swim fins instead of the scuba rubber fins cause I have not put the new straps yet as replacement for the older and brittle ones.

Swim goggles also still broken so I used the scuba dive face mask.

Combat side-stroke with fins and without fins today.
