Taking the single variable calculus course from MIT-OCW and things are easy now because I took it recently from my BSEE program.

A curious question is on multivariable calculus. Engineering programs here in my country PH does not have a separate multivariable calculus course but then I realized that in the differential calculus course that I have taken recently, we touched on the topic of partial differentiation and it turns out this is multivariable calculus already.

Using generative AI, it came up with an undergraduate program based from MIT OCW with the focus that I like.

Interesting.

Interesting, I got more than half thousand entries in my blog and had difficulty finding a specific post in the past but good that the platform provided me with a mass post editor.

Finally found a post related to a circuit and electronics course but no where is the crafted program on electrical engineering. I think I may have deleted it and need to craft the program again.

A long time ago I crafter an undergraduate Electrical Engineering program based from MIT OCW that is roughly equivalent to MIT's Electrical Science program. Will be using this in my self study of the undergraduate material for electrical engineering as I will be ditching the formal schooling under the BSEE program in my country. Together with this is my self study of Theoretical Physics from Professor Susskind's the Theoretical Minimum.

Due to the worsening global wars my priority for now is to shift career back to the profession of arms and to directly participate in the battlefield but this does not mean that STEM will be shun, so I will have to resort to self studying the fundamentals and aim for a formal qualification on the masters level either from US or EU someday.

Finished a 21km road run in race pace and currently resting at the beach.

Russian attack submarine on EEZ on the WPS a few days back.

Survey of drone tech used in the armed conflicts.

Started studying russian combat doctrine and looking at their deployable military unit organization and capabilities.

Two more local trainings early in the coming year for counter intelligence and demining / mine clearance.

After the run will do some work for the nearing deadline and then in the evening it's time to study modern battlefield tactics looking at the US rangers fighting doctrine and on military warfare strategies from MIT OCW.

Today's war is different but we need the old and then study for the new situations.

Passport is set to expire in 7 years. Still good.

Grades in Calculus showed up in the information system but is up only prelim grades. I'm still waiting for my midterms and final grades so I can start requesting for a copy of my TOR for safekeeping. Who knows, the continuation of my studies might be in Europe someday after the war.

I will be deferring the BSEE for now and will file for leave of absence. Not sure if I can come back though at my home country 😅

Will push with the combat training in Europe next year and will join the battlefield in Ukraine.

A lot of uncertainty at that point.

For AB Political Science I'm thinking maybe it's not a good route and instead just focus on the BSEE program. Instead of taking a dual degree it might be better to take political science as a series of certificates from MOOCs.
