Yesterday I was able to reconnect with an old friend from far away after losing contact since 2022 amidst the war in Europe where our female friend fought alongside Ukraine.

This friend has not reconnected yet the woman warrior in our friend circles and I had to bring the news. He can't believe that our female friend is in the battle of Mariupol in 2022 who was wounded and survived.

Still unverified if the Uranium that was confiscated in PH was extracted and processed locally or was it indeed smuggled making it's way to PH.

It maybe parts of the missing Uranium from Libya in 2023 in which most of the quantity was recovered but the approx. 100 kg of Uranium confiscated recently maybe part of these missing Uranium from Libya back then.

Not sure how this depleted Uranium was extracted and processed from Uraninite that is present in some parts of PH.

It was being sold disguised as a precious metal. From open intelligence sources, it was known that some Chinese were looking for these stuffs and also terrorists groups.

Turns out that illegal trade of Uranium was first discovered by personnel from a national nuclear institute and reported this to the authorities for investigation hence, the entrapment operations recently.

Looks like the Uranium that was confiscated following an arrest was not smuggled to the Philippines but was extracted from the locality.

A quick search on the mining department shows that PH has Uranium ⚛️ and I was not aware of this natural resource in my country.

There is something unusual about the Assad regime's fall in Syria.

First, it's that easy to give up the power without a fight?, a question that comes up in mind. Second, the Syrian rebels are being friendly to Russia and that means Russian bases will remain in Syria.

What's the bigger plan in Syria?

Continuing on the review on Single Variable Calculus.

While I was resting at the beach earlier after the 21km run and being bitten by lots of mosquitos, I was relaxing and scrolling the web for news and saw Syrian government collapsed.

A big win for the Turkish backed Syrian rebels and for the Syrian citizens.

I'm curious about the implication of this for the Western defense in the overall strategic picture.

Finished with a long slow distance run in 21km distance.

Need to replace my new running shoe because although it's the most performant of all the running shoes I have tried, this one has zero comfort when it comes to distance running. Always in pain from the discomfort with this shoe.

A former gf who lives in Britain with access to information that is only for the elites actually warned me about an impending global problem and told me to prepare to stock supplies back in 2022.

She could not explain that specific event but kept on touching on conspiracy theory and made me irritable from time to time and sees it as a paranoia from her side.

Turns out she might be speaking some truth after all.

Been hearing about this WWIII from a conspiracy theorist angle, the one from Albert Pike and I was initially quite intrigue a few years back but now it doesn't sound right because the current WWIII is not a conflict between Islam and the West. It is actually a world conflict from various state actor backgrounds. Russia's leader Putin is an avid Orthodox Christian. The ally Iran is an avid Shia Islam. While China on the other hand is god-less state, a communist based from Mao Zedung doctrine.

The global community isn't declaring WWIII officially and this is actually a good idea so as not to start panic among the populace but yes we are already in WWIII and this started from the invasion of Ukraine and followed by Iran's war against Israel via proxies and the looming pacific conflict that will happen once China moves to take back Taiwan.

These three strong main allies have orchestrated their state's action towards their goals in a synchronized manner. It was planned and these actions are directed against the West.

I'd say WWIII has already started unofficially and the battle field is multidimensional, it is a hybrid warfare.

During the first undergraduate degree in computer science, math courses involve mathematical proofs at some point but when it comes to my 3 unit calculus courses, I didn't remember any proofs discussed.

In the recent BSEE program's 4 unit calculus course, no proofs were discussed too.

What is interesting is that in the single variable calculus course from MIT-OCW, proofs is a normal part of discussions.

Learned about the Taylor Series and a specific case known as the Maclauren Series and also solved some calculus problem involving taylor series expansion.

Missed out on series in calculus as it was not taught, I just realized.

Looking at linear approximations using derivatives. An application of differential calculus which was not taught in our class but is being discussed in MIT-OCW Single Variable Calculus.

Time to get back on the review of differential calculus on the Single Variable Calculus course.
