I was attacked just today in some metaverse. There was an exploit that allowed the attackers to hack my client program and then tried to access my private network at home. Good that my OS firewalls are up and so it notified me of an attempted network access.
They also managed to get my OS information, including my browser, and my client program's version.
Reminds me to use VPN because I only use VPN during online financial transactions and during work on a separate machine.
Defaulted on the official client program of the metaverse because they frequently release which includes security fix than use the third party one that I was using.
Hate how the regulations are blocking my transactions due to a large amount of attempted single withdrawal to be deposited to my US dollar account to fund a US denominated investment.
When the source of my income is divulged already in KYC including the company where I am working for, how can my transactions be suspected for money laundering?
Can't do anything but comply and hold out withdrawal at some amount of time before depositing.
I hate when stupid people runs the banks.
Taken steps to hedge against risk on my small wealth and then I had a short discussion with an investor manager at the bank and that made me think of the spending's I did in the past.
If I have not helped people, I could had more funds to be able to invest in a specific instrument today but the problem is I am short so no investment on that particular instrument.
Need to safeguard finances before I go next year.
The university reached out for retention of its students many times and then one of the instructors from a general education course directly contacted me.
I had to tell them I won't be continuing and will be studying in a program outside the country. They suggested their online offerings but there is no BSEE on it. Even though if they offer BSEE online I still won't take it because of the lack of recognition for both the US and Europe.
Currently happy with the learning I am getting from MIT-OCW and will push for a masters on electrical engineer (and probably physics too) online in the future.
The proofs for the limit of [cos (delta x) - 1] / delta x, which is zero and limit of [sin (delta x)] / delta x is 1, I have learned using the Taylor series for a more rigorous proof and a geometric proof also for both using the unit circle.
In addition to this, the derivative of these functions when x is 0 exist for all the domains of the cos and sin functions.
I will have to visit Hague Sophia in Istanbul next year as part of my itinerary in Europe after a number of days for a training.
A friend warned me that because I am not Turkish, hotels will charge me expensive prices for the accommodation per night. If that is the case then I will just sleep in some Mosque around 😅
