based on something I just saw, i actually got the desire to "design" an agile organization for a company --- most just do haphazard things. would love to try for a deliberate design. Am curious whether any CxO team would be up to the challenge

started a conversation yesterday w someone. pre-test, something about putting yr money where yr mouth is :).
Allocate EUR 2M for the sole purpose of increasing trust, lowering fear, increasing collaboration, with measurements; review/change bonus contracts, employee appraisals, all that just on the Collaborate quadrant. Then move to the Deliver (w feedback) quadrant ... but the 1st set will eliminate most cos.
