I just finished reading "Foundation and Earth" by Isaac Asimov. Throughout the book the characters are seeking the answer to a question that is so hyped up throughout the book that no matter what the answer ended up being it would've been a let down. Among other problems with the book. Overall 7/10. I still like Asimov's sci fi. To be clear I'm talking about the question regarding Gaia. Not the question regarding Earth. The earth part was pretty good.
I wish I had as great a video call background as Ian Macullum does.

@Diptchip babylon bee is like the onion but better
@cgarison I'm pretty sure you're allowed to be there. I know there are always protesters on the capitol grounds in Texas
@judgedread @Orakel @hagi Cicero was right
@Diptchip No idea. The one at the sandwich place I was at yesterday
@wjmaggos The dems also have some responsibility for refusing to allow investigations
@judgedread @Orakel @hagi oh shut up
@wjmaggos atleast he's being principled on that
Violence and mob rule is wrong and un-American, and it will not bring about election reform.
Today’s mayhem sets back any intelligent debate for a generation. Just stop it. https://twitter.com/RandPaul/status/1346919767328882689 #RandPaul #Congress #debate #Election
