The problem is that the author believes in the foundational idea that there should be a fair standard when the people he's trying to convince do not agree with that. They're perfectly happy to be hypocrites. They don't see that as wrong so long as it achieves their political goals.

I hadn't watched The Terminator in a long time and I had forgotten how good it is. Also watched Force 10 from Navarone. 70-80's Harrison Ford is always great.
