I've learned that I have the core strength to get into a hanging-from-my-feet on a chin-up bar position but not enough core strength to get out of that position.

@aaronpk I rode my motorcycle to a coffee shop this afternoon. When I left it was warm enough to wear my summer gloves. It was probably around 65. I had to ride back about an hour and a half later in 40 degree weather with absolutely freezing hands.
