tried making "pretzel bagels". basically, modified the pretzel recipe I had done before, but just made hoops instead of the pretzel "knot"... apparently the way I made the hoops isn't typical: you're meant to poke a hole into a ball and then widen the hole, which makes more sense, honestly. The way I got the gluten stands to go more in the shape of the bagel is cool though
