the only entertainment anyone actually gets from fireworks is when jerks feel good about pissing off people who dont like fireworks

@soup_reviews there're pretty colors and the sounds can be exciting. a good fireworks show also requires skill to schedule and synchronize to music and other events.
that said, I'm not a fan of unscheduled loud and dangerous fireworks in residential areas.
@2ck thats all fireworks are to someone who wants nothing to do with them. i have no say in it, i just get to sit here and hear explosions for four or five days
