there is no downside to trying to improve the world in every way possible
you should still engage in direct action! or any other approach you see fit! but voting might make a nonzero difference, so you shouldn't totally discount it entirely

@izaya It does bother me when people get all doomery and tell people it's pointless to vote.
If you want to vent about politics and say you're not going to vote, that's fine, but trying to do something is better than giving up in exasperation and trying to impress that mood on others.
