@AmpBenzScientist @pfpoitras would you have any idea of how to filter very fine particles out of water? i use paper to get rid of most of the filler but there's a fine mist of it that clouds the water. passes straight through all paper filters i've tried, and the particles are light enough that they don't fall to the bottom of the container.

@thor @pfpoitras Yeah the gel membrane would be able to capture the desired molecule and release it into clean water. I'm familiar with it from electrochemistry but that mostly involves unstable intermediates. I had an interesting conversation with someone who managed to defeat the advanced binders for pseudoephedrine with a similar method. It was beautiful.
