according to this protein calculator i found, i'm supposed to get 104g of protein per day. that's 2½ chicken breasts or 13 eggs! much higher than official recommendations:

if i made sure to actually get 104g per day, i'd probably lose weight. protein regulates your appetite and makes you less hungry.
