Good people don't pester each other.
Testosterone makes you pester people. Most women have only met bothersome men. Lots of testosterone.
Women rarely make the first move. I find it scary to do that myself. I'm polite. I don't want to bother anyone.
The idiots who do tend to meet more women. So women think men are idiots.
