They set up an emergency warehouse for disease control in Norway but it's not being managed well. Some of the stuff has an expiry date and isn't being replaced. I have my doubts that this warehouse will even exist the next time there is a pandemic. They're too infrequent and storing and renewing all these supplies that never get used is too expensive.
