I find myself using Visual Studio Code more than Notepad++ locally. Been using Notepad++ since 2009. Back in 2021 was shown Visual Studio Code for Skyrim's Papyrus scripting language. At work use Visual Studio Code for Terraform and other items. Microsoft did a good job with this editor and opening it up for plugins/extensions I have to say. On my personal computer I still have both installed. Unfortunate given all the times I have spent with Notepad++ #papyrus #programming #scripting

This is my first introduction toot since joining. Hello everyone! I am Karl Heidtbrink a Software Engineer who has been in the field since I graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Software Engineering back in 2012. Primarily use C#/VisualBasic/SQL as #programming / #scriptinglanguages in work today.

Arron Dominion is my online persona, as I work on #mods for #games in my free time when I have the mental energy for it to help keep my creative side in a good place. #Skyrim #StarTrekEliteForce #Morrowind are some of the games I have created mods for. Have used C# before to create some modding utilities, but nothing major. Also #write for fun or with the modding hobby, nothing really published to show. That is what I chose for joining here.

#Mastodon is new to me for a social media platform in comparison to Twitter and some of the others out there currently. Seems like it is the popular platform to flock to, and looking forward to learning more about it, and learning about the community.

I was amazed yesterday going from web service coding utilizing bits of Azure to helping a college student with Calc 2 despite it being 12 years roughly since.
