I abandonned Twitter almost 5 years ago for all the reasons one might expect. I remained ignorant until today that an open source equivalent existed. Thanks to the recent exodus from that platform the resulting news stories alerted me to this decelopment. I am pleasantly surprised so far. Thanks #mastodon
