Let’s say there is a ballot drop off near Walmart and my favorite diner. I suspiciously go to Walmart every two days and my favorite diner a few times a week near Election Day. Dinesh buys my cell phone data

Does that make me one of the 2,000 mules, or are there only 1,999 now?

Did you watch the documentary? I think the criteria used to categorize a phone as a mule was more stringent than what you outlined here.

@Cogent_Texan

I did not watch the documentary.

Keep in mind that out of a random population doing random things, you will find hundreds or thousands of people that by chance do things that look muley.

Being more stringent with the requirements can help.

@Cosmic
I agree, but they did a very good job using selection criteria that would minimize random coincide.

The phone had to visit a site related to election efforts and then visit multiple dropbox locations in the same day and do the same thing more than once a week.

It's an interesting use of data analytics if nothing else. If you like that sort of thing, it is worth watching regardless of which side of the election integrity debat you sit.
