Why this account exists 2
I’ve had many painful childhood experiences at the hands of a horrible person. One of the common new agey beliefs is “all is perfect and good, we are all one, we should love all”
But love and seeing something as “good” isn’t something you can force.
Goodness is not objectively measurable
It exists subjectively, perceived differently in the minds of different people. “Good” can mean completely different things to different people with different life experiences
People are allowed to form their own beliefs about what they see as “good”
@DMT Good argument against Jeremy Bentham and Jon Stuart Mill. They were absolutely horrid to read. Consequentialism exists, nonetheless.
