We will make a democratic union of all nations so that in the Assembly every small and big country would have equal voting rights and power, no one will dominate each other
Also we will give permanent membership to the 5 most evil nations in the Security Council with Veto power so that they will reject everything the Assembly votes for

First, the idea of superpower is very opposing to it core principles
Second, the only purpose it served till now is to make UN ineffective for any arguments which somehow relates to the 5 nations(which is basically all arguments)
