Today I did a load of laundry, loaded and ran the dishwasher, cleaned up then took out the trash, and put away the dishes. The reality of rheumatoid arthritis is that I'm in so much pain I can't stand anymore, and won't be able to pain-free until tomorrow. Sigh.
