I work hard. I’ve been on the front line of the pandemic from day one. I’ve pulled extra shifts and worn myself to the bone. I was ordered to self quarantine by a doctor who thought I might have the virus. For whatever reason, I was exempted from the paid leave that Congress put I place for people affected by this action. No paycheck means no money for food and bills. I don’t understand why those protections were removed from those who work as EMS. We did our jobs. Now, we are punished for it?

@CarolynM you might contact your congressman. These kinds of things get missed during the creation of laws, and they don't want the optics of disgruntled healthcare workers right now
