What's with the tattoos? I notice a lot of people having them. 🤔
@redwhitebluedude It's a form of expression for most people. Some feel it makes them more attractive. Tattoos have been around for a very long time. In America they used to be shunned because most churches preached against them due to verse in the Bible. Now it's an artwork put on the body. Have become fashionable due to the many designs and colors.
There is also gang association with tattoos.

Nope. But it is unsightly having tattoos like that and there is that kind of stigma associated in certain cultures.
