For months after COVID broke out, I would check the CDC statistics on Flu, Covid, and general mortality rates in the US. (See the images below) Since the CDC has decided to combine COVID with pneumonia and flu data their data spreadsheet link has “mysteriously” disappeared. “Cooking the books” comes to mind.

@RangerJohn in the southern hemisphere this year, the cases of flu have fallen off a cliff. I read somewhere that the flu is about 0.25x as infective as COVID, so the masks and whatnot are really reducing it this year.
