Can anyone help me and point me in the direction of a howto for #qemu, I need to find out, how I can route a public IP to a VM.
I want all traffic to this IP to end up at the VM private network IP. Preferably the other way arround I want all traffic from that VM to leave the host via/with that IP.
Is that even possible?

@Demosthenes well I want to forward everything, not just ports. All the traffic hitting the ip should be routed to the VM.
@Demosthenes but only all the traffic to that one ip. Wondering if I could just assign the ip to the VM, same as I can with ipv6 addresses.
@utzer then you'd want to add a route to your router pointing all incoming traffic toward the internal IP. That should work.
@Demosthenes yes, I guess that is what I want, but I am not sure how to set it up. 😀
