i can't believe i have to use Internet Explorer because Firefox can't even load a single DuckDuckGo search without swapping like hell running all alone on 1 gigabyte of RAM.
i just want to load a website that is a mere few kilobytes, this should not be so hard.
nevermind, this version of IE just straight up refuses to load anything. lovely! so now i can't even download another browser.

@grainloom if you have powershell, you can use the command "invoke-webrequest" to download something
