@piggo wrong business reaction there. you should have said "yes sir, lemme look at it!" and come back in 2 weeks with a "solution" plus a juicy invoice. Easy money there... And they'd be over the moon how quick you are and what great customer care you have. I.e., small but important contribution to the potential for raising prices the next time.
