It ought to be part of an opening to an evaluation of the practice of science from many different cultural perspectives, not just the European-US American originating, capitalistic system underlain one we have now. I think that the paper should be more openly acknowledged as coming from a particular, Buddhist influenced one. And should an opening to fostering connections from other cultural perspectives.
