The article that I just read does not say that. I followed your link and it doesn't say anything about dissolving the organization or that he can't do business in New York. It says this:
Engoron ordered that some of Trump’s business licenses be rescinded as punishment, making it difficult or impossible for them to do business in New York, and said he would continue to have an independent monitor oversee Trump Organization operations.

@IAmErik @flexghost "I found your post misleading" and doing absolutely no further research on the topic yourself or reading the decision from the court, which puts the organization into receivership within the next 10 days and is the start of the process to liquidate assets.
You decided it was a good idea to talk at someone who had read from multiple sources and understood the ramifications and accuse them of being misleading with absolutely no evidence except your own ignorance.
