To all General Assemblies: Joe Biden is NOT "all there".
He CANNOT have the nuclear keys. (not to mention the laundry list of other 'infractions' [to be kind]).

@John_Richmond World was still there after biden was vice president too. also presidents do not have the power to unilaterally nuke a country, there are checks in place for that.
@John_Richmond I agree, problem is that is true of Trump too. So unless they decide to pick some 3rd party person they really dont have any alternatives that are any better.
