@Hyolobrika@berserker.town sort of... the idea is to require libraries to have all books, and stop the state from being able to limit access to any book. Currently the law is limited, and can only not deny you the right to read, but can limit access.
@Hyolobrika@berserker.town Also, my wording is an attempt to get people to understand the meaning of our 2nd amendment. To make people understand that you don't have to be a police officer or national guard member to have a right to arms.
