@Radical_EgoCom@kolektiva.social , I see the problem as the court saying that the companies can stack the deck and sue over ANY costs. It doesn't look like the workers or the union did anything to enhance the concrete hardening, and they knew they were operating without a valid contract, and still ordered the concrete to be made.
