@GottaLaff he can unilaterally launch an inquiry. Anyone can. It's just asking questions. You don't actually need to do anything but ask questions... and no results are needed or expected. No one has to help you. No votes needed.
@GottaLaff Yep, invalid being the key word, but still can be done. Just like I can claim Elon Musk is a martian, and open an investigation... It is a meaningless extrajudicial activity that has no merit, no legal standing, but can still be done. It just doesn't mean anything.
