People are using past wartime events as examples for when Stateside elections still pushed forward. However, I'm simply looking back at the days leading up to the previous election when the two top candidates were both under investigation. The way I see it, these dates were not designed to protect the public at all; they only serve to implement impartial change... based on wealth and popularity... so... maybe not *that* impartial.
