Which genius though internet over coax was a good idea?

The interposers just fail to work and you get >95% packet loss.

@SuperDicq If you're cheap, you go and install fibre, as it's cheaper than all the copper cable, dielectrics and shielding in coax.

If the coax is already there, it's slightly cheaper in the short term to re-use it, but having to pay someone to constantly beat the interposers leads to more costs in the long term.
