@everythingisimportant What happens if you use a bag clip on the bag then stash it in the bread bin and it STILL goes green within 28 hours because the bread bin is cursed (and you've boil-washed it and dishwashed it with chlorine bleach and it's still infected with some ghastly spore culture that eats bread before you can get to it)?
