The year 2026 and I still have to google how to force gnupg-agent to use pinentry-ncurses to unlock the ssh key

@L29Ah I never bothered to investigate, my guess was gpg-agent is managed by the systemd user service and either spawns pinentry through some kind of side channel like dbus or polkit, or maybe memorizes the other [WAYLAND_]DISPLAY so doesn't care about the SSH session
But hey, you've probably never heard any of these words, you're happily running gentoo right?
