The Right of Publicity needs to be encoded into international and federal law.

It also needs to be pretty radically expanded. It should cover one's name as a trademark of association.

Naturally, it should not interfere with parody.

This is again an issue where AI is exposing a problem that's existed for a long time. For Example: a photographer can take a photograph of you in public, but if you post that picture (or even download it) you can be sued for copyright infringement.
