@mentallyalex@beige.party I think, unless the cybertruck owner specifically negotiated such beforehand, there is no reasonable expectation that a tow truck operator will make any effort to keep a vehicle out of the rain.

Even if you had a convertible with a roof broken open, most people's first thought would be "oh, I should cover that with a tarp or something" not "oh, I should ask the tow truck driver to stay out of the rain".
