It's lovely here. Did long walk then took a lovely nap and soon we will eat Thai take out. I'm celebrating my last day as a 72 year old woman. How the fuck did I get this old? Thing is...I'm in decent cardiovascular shape, and I'm not too demented yet. I'm grateful- by the time one sister was my age she was pretty out of it. I walk four miles most days and swim and swear a lot. I can't possibly be this old. I demand a recount. This age is fake news. Is it possible that being a bit wild in one's youth slows down the aging process? Is vast amounts of weed when young the antidote to aging? I ponder these questions daily.
