@ThinkingSapien Either yesterday or the day before. They're extending this term one day into July. Most seem to agree it's to drop the Trump v USA case as late as possible this term.
Either possible decision will upset a lot of people. I can understand why they want to save that one for last and then get the hell out of there afterwards. I want a decision on that First Amendment Netchoice v Paxton case though.
Wait, last I heard they were doing Wed to Friday. When was a Monday drop announced?
