If a president is immune from prosecution for acts done in an official capacity, and #SCOTUS and #Trump are destroying democracy, doesn’t that mean Biden, as the current #POTUS, could order the Seals to take out the members of the court actively dismantling democracy as well as Trump and be immune from prosecution?
@exsangus Yeah, but in theory he could just have them detained under house arrest instead, for a far less bloody exercise of the abuses they've enabled.
