I am questioning whether it is appropriate for the climate science community to continue using X/Twitter, given that its owner has formally endorsed and heavily funded presidential and vice presidential candidates who are known climate skeptics, strong supporters of the oil and gas industry, and have pledged to end support for electric vehicles and clean energy initiatives.

@jpGattuso It is absolutely not appropriate. Anyone still contributing content to that site has effectively donated a couple bucks to the Trump campaign.
