I'm not sure why I see some favoring Kelly. He does not have the administrative experience to be president. Governors -- Beshear , Cooper, Shapiro, and Pritzker -- do. Also, opening up that seat in Arizona is terribly perilous.
@jeffjarvis Pretty sure it's just because more astronauts in the White House makes America much more awesome.
